Cancellation Policy
please notify me as soon as possible of any cancellations or schedule changes. cancellations after a 24 hour time period may be charged a 25% fee. no calls and no shows will not be rebooked. $10 late fee will be applied if you are over 10 minutes late. after 15 minutes your appointment will be cancelled. please contact me within 72 hours if you have any issues with your nails.
